Interviews have aired in which multiple women have shared the misogyny and institutionalized sexism that they faced during their time working at the NFL.
These interviews share the “boys club” nature of the working environment, one where women regularly had comments made about their physical appearance, their clothing, and their bodies. These claims have been well-documented, with specific incidents spanning the past decade, many of which involve executives, including the team owner and team vice president. These offenses, allegedly from someone in a position of power can lead to those at risk not knowing who to report or turn to.
