Professional Workplace Conduct - Program

Since 1998, we have been working with clients to develop and maintain a comprehensive program that has been recognized by the US Department of Labor. As a means to “establish good faith efforts” to comply with the law, our Workplace Conduct Training was designed for educating both employees and management.

Our PWC program help companies comply with the law and mitigate liability for harassment and discrimination issues by combining the following

  • Annal training for all employees
  • Hotline for alternative way to report issues
  • System of documentation for consistently handling issues
